Location device designed for personal use or for objects. You may know its location at any time of the day from internet or your own mobile phone.

N-Card includes the latest technologies based on satellite location (A-GPS) and GSM/GPRS mobile communications, allowing to reach a high precision on each one of the requested GPS locations.

N-Card has the anti-theft alert. If activated, you will receive an SMS notice as soon as the locator starts moving.

N-Card has the low battery alert. If it is activated, you will receive an SMS notice as soon as the locator needs to be recharged.

N-Card memorizes geographical trusted zones, for example, home, the office, etc. If N-Card leaves any of the active trusted zones, you will receive a notice by SMS to your designated mobile phone. Also, you may download the map with the location details of the N-Card locator to your mobile phone or, else, contact the Customer Service Center.

Operation

The operation of the N-Card locator is very simple:

Mini USB for power supply and switch on/off:
If you need to charge the battery of your N-Card, just connect the device through the USB cable to a power supply.

If you want to switch your N-Card on or off, you must insert and then remove the security key from the mini USB, so that if it is switched on it will be switched off, and vice versa. As long as the key remains inside the device, it will be switched off.
Red Light Flashing means that the battery is low. If the light does not flash, it means that the battery is charging.
Green Light Fixed means that the battery finished charging. If it is flashing, it simply means that your N-Card is on.
Orange Light Flashing means that your N-Card has GPRS coverage.
Blue Light Flashing means that your N-Card has GPS coverage.

Optimization for Use

To optimize your N-Card provisions, there are some battery saving options allowing you to enjoy longer the Navento Service.:

When you are not planning to use your N-Card, place it on a surface in which you are sure that no movements or vibrations will be produced. In a few minutes the luminous indicators (see Section “User Interfaces”) will switch off, meaning the locator is in low-consumption mode. As soon as you move your N-Card, it will activate again and the corresponding luminous indicators will switch on.
If you do not currently need the minute-by-minute tracking of the Tracking Mode, change the configuration of your N-Card to the Request Mode (see “Navento Service User Guide – Internet”). This way, you may request at the time needed the position of your N-Card and the battery consumption will only take place at that precise time and not at every minute.
Also, between battery recharges, your N-Card has a long battery-life ranging from 16 hours, if fully operational, to 4 days.
If you do not need a very accurate location, you may select a higher battery-life level for your N-Card. There are four levels from higher precision to higher battery-life, meaning that the more precision you want the less battery-life you will obtain and vice versa.
